Refund Policy

At 𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕰𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖓𝖈𝖊 𝖔𝖋 𝕾𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖎𝖙, all services are created with deep care, intention, and preparation. Your time—and ours—is sacred. This refund policy protects the energetic and practical labor involved in holding healing space, while still honoring compassion and community care.

Individual Sessions (Reiki, Tarot, Coaching, etc.)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive credit.
Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.
If The Essence of Spirit needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or be offered a new session date.

Group, Community, or Organizational Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event are non-refundable.
In cases of emergency, illness, or natural disaster, a credit may be offered at our discretion—but no monetary refunds will be issued after the 30-day window.
Refunds are not given for reasons outside of those clearly listed (e.g. change of mind, low attendance, internal scheduling issues).

Digital Products (e.g. workbooks, recordings)

Due to their instant delivery, all digital offerings are non-refundable and final sale.
