At 𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕰𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖓𝖈𝖊 𝖔𝖋 𝕾𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖎𝖙, our work is rooted in sacred reciprocity, spiritual care, and cultural integrity. These Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity, protect the energy of our shared space, and honour the agreements that hold our work with individuals, organizations, and communities.

By accessing this website, booking a service, or participating in our offerings, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

We offer but not limited too:

1:1 sessions (tarot, reiki, coaching, intuitive healing)
Group workshops (youth, adult, community, staff)
School, non-profit, and organizational programming
Cultural, spiritual, and trauma-informed consultations
Online and in-person offerings

Workshops and healing spaces may include people of all ages when partnered with an organization or guardian consent is provided.

2. Energy Exchange & Payment

All offerings are based on fair and intentional energy exchange.
Payment is due at the time of booking, with a service gaurntee.
Consultations and workshops may require a deposit or contract depending on the project scope.
Prices are subject to change to reflect sustainability, impact, and community growth.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

For Individual Services (Online/In-Person):

Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for credit or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If The Essence of Spirit cancels for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

For Community, Group, or Organization Workshops:

Cancellations must be made 30 days before the scheduled event for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice may result in partial or no refund depending on the prep work, time booked, and costs already incurred.
If The Essence of Spirit cancels for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Reciprocal Relationship & Integrity

We believe in sacred exchange—healing is not one-sided. As we hold space for your journey, we ask for presence, respect, and reciprocity.

That includes:

Honouring time and boundaries
Communicating clearly and respectfully
Using the tools and guidance with integrity
Respecting cultural and spiritual teachings shared in sacred space
Trauma informed and culturally grounded practices as much as we can.

Our services are never meant to replace medical, legal, or psychiatric advice. You are always responsible for your own choices and path forward.

5. Waivers, Intake, and Emotional Safety

To ensure grounded and trauma-informed care, some services may require a short waiver or intake form. This supports your emotional safety, helps us prepare properly, and ensures sessions align with your readiness and goals.

6. Surveys & Community Feedback

After your service or workshop, you may receive a feedback or reflection form. These help us remain in right relationship with community, grow in accountability, and ensure our services are doing what they’re meant to do—heal, empower, and transform.
