We ship across Canada and select international locations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Standard shipping times vary between 5–10 business days (within Canada).

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal service interruptions, or weather-related disruptions.
Local Pickup (when applicable/offered)

If local pickup becomes available in Winnipeg, you’ll receive instructions via email to coordinate a safe and respectful handoff.
Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue with care, though replacements are not guaranteed without tracking confirmation and photo documentation.
Healing Products & Materials Are Final Sale

Due to the sacred and personal nature of our offerings, all physical products and printed materials are final sale and non-refundable once shipped. This includes:

Spiritual tools/ virtual (e.g. oils, bundles, bath salts, candles)

Printed/ virtual workbooks, journals, or guidebooks

Any physical or virtual tools ritual kits or workshop-related materials

These items are created with intention, energetically cleansed, and often personalized. As a result, they cannot be restocked, exchanged, or reused once they leave our care.
