Through guided mirror work, gentle self-compassion practices, and intentional makeup techniques as ceremony, participants are supported in honoring themselves, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding confidence. The focus is not appearance, but reclaiming self-worth through creative and embodied self-expression.
