Without the right tools and understanding, interactions can escalate, trust can break down, and employees may feel unsafe or unsupported. This training equips organizations with trauma-informed practices that strengthen workplace culture while supporting effective and respectful service delivery. Aligned with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion frameworks and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action, this training supports organizations in advancing reconciliation through everyday practice.
